Nowadays, as the interest of world heritage sites rise, the government is investing more and more money for the preservation of world heritage sites. However, with a limited government budget, the preserving is having some problems. Since the government has lot's of fields to take care, there are shortage of the budget. Thus, some people are saying that the government should forget about the poor and instead take care of the world heritage sites. However, in my view, I believe that the government should take more care of the poors.
First of all, the government should take more care for the poors because helping the poors have more benefits then taking care of world heritage sites. When the government helps the poors, that's helping the present. Since nothing is more important then the present, helping the poors are the best choice. Also, to talk more about the benefits, the citizens of one country will only take care of their world heritage sites once they are able to live well. Even if the government makes their heritage sites the best through out the world, it is no use if there aren't people taking care and visiting to look at it. As mentioned, helping the poors have much more benefits then preserving the world heritage sites. Thus the government should take care of the poors.
Secondly, it is obvious that world heritage sites are important. they allow the people through out the world to know about their past. By learning about these types of things, people can learn new knowledges that can be used later on. However, using money to preserve the world heritage sites aren't the end. Once the heritage site find's it's original form, the people needs to take care or them. The government can employ companies that will take care of it, of the citizens can take care of it. It is so obvious that letting the citizens to take car is much better in many ways. However, in order for the citizens to take care of it, they first need to have a stable life. Thus the government should first invest for the poor and needing citizens.
To conclude, even though knowing and preserving our past is important, what is more important is saving and helping the present. Also, since helping the present is also helping the past, I believe that the government should spent the government budget for the poor.

Building Green

Summary: As the importance and the desperation for saving our ecosystem gets known to more ansd more people, there are new methods of saving the ecosystem. One is the move for ecofriendly buildings, green buildings. Green buildings are buildings that use the most amount of it's surroundings inorder to save the ecosystem getting destroyed by human use. For instance, the ue of big windows help to save the use of electricity. Clackamas High School in Oregon have notably big windows alowing the maximam amount of lite to get in. During the day time, the school rarely needs the lights to be turned on. Also, the building has special sensors that will automatically turn off the unused lights when it detects no sighn of human activity. In addition, the sun light keeps the building warm even in the winter with it's natural heat inported.
Another example can be the garden of Calhoun School. You might be curious why a garden would be so important and saves the ecosystem. The garden of this school is special: it's on top of the roof. Then, why would a garden be on top of the roof? It will allow more sun light for the plants growing, but it has a more important use. The thik layer of greens and durt helps to block the sun's heat from coming in at summer and traps the heat from going out in winter times.
As we can see, there are lots of movements to save our ecosystem. However, these are too big and expensive for us to do individually. In that case, we can just start with small things such as recyceling. Recycled materials are being used widely as another way of savisavig our ecosystem. Thus, those small things are dramatical helps to our ecosystem.

Global Warming

Nowadays, global warming is threatening the nature all around the world as well as human beings. However, people say that it isn't a problem that should be urged to solve. In my view, I believe that it is one of the most urgent problem that humans should solve.
First of all, the reason why humans aren't recognizing the danger of this situation is because the impact doesn't show on the surface. There are lot's of problems that are happening inside. What makes it more dangerous is that the damage that happens inside is unknown until it is too late. What makes it worse is that the danger is as bad as it can be. For an example, due to global warming, the level of the sea is rising. Even though it is a small amount, as time goes, it will become an amount that will threaten man kind.
Secondly, global warming must be stopped soon because of it's side affects. Global warming it self is dangerous enough to lead human race to extinction. With the side affects helping the destruction, we can't estimate what will happen. A current research done by The Massachusetts Institute of Technology announces that with the current rate of rise of temperature, more then 76percent of animal species will disappear from earth in only 50years. However, regarding the side affects, more then 84percent will vanish from earth. Thus, it is important to stop global warming as fast as we can.
To conclude, even though global warming doesn't seems that urgent right now, it can be thought of the most urgent problem. Most of it's damages are covered up, not letting humans to feel it by skin. Also, duels, due to the side affects, we don't know what might happen.
